With its innovative solutions, NoraTec GmbH is the market leader in German-speaking countries for standardized emergency call solutions.

More than 15 years of experience in the development, training and implementation of emergency call  systems are constantly being incorporated into the further development of the product by our developers and IT experts.

Our entire team consists of experienced specialists: we only use employees who are actively involved in emergency call and control center services and therefore always have up-to-date and well-founded specialist knowledge.

DIASweb

DIASweb is the only product in the world to integrate all specialist areas into a single database. This means that the emergency call query system can record the results for the fire brigade/technical emergency call, medical emergency call and police in parallel within an emergency call query. The web-based DIAS software modules can be connected to any standard dispatch system and can run on MS SQL and Oracle.

  • Automatic or manual pre-alerting of emergency resources during the emergency calls (e.g. dynamic emergency situations)
  • Predefined info boxes according to location-specific and prioritized requirements by the control center operator
  • Graphical recording of person and vehicle descriptions

Police emergency call system DIASPOLweb

The police emergency call answering system can be adapted to the different national and regional requirements of the police task laws.

The software can be used as a stand-alone module for police control centers, plant security or as a supplement to DIASSOPweb for cooperative control centers. This means that all features are also available in DIASPOLweb

  • Standardization and guarantee of a high standard in the processing of police emergency calls
  • Guarantee of stress stability for employees working on emergency calls in all situations
  • Direct parallel alerting of other departments (e.g. fire department control centers)
  • Close inter-agency interlinking without restrictions or competing responsibilities

Statistics and quality management with DIASQMweb

DIASQMweb is an evaluated software for comprehensive statistics and quality management in the control center and is the only product on the market that allows separate processing of quality management and statistical evaluation. DIASQMweb thus meets the high requirements of personal data protection.

DIASQMweb documents all data recorded during the emergency call, including data from the operations control system.

DIASSTweb service and administration module

The modules are supplemented by DIASSTweb, which guarantees extremely user-friendly data maintenance.
