Bridging Gaps. Saving Lives.

We are bevuta IT, a Germany headquartered technology company with a team working all over the world. We are driven by one common vision: A world where everyone can rely on help being on its way.

Our Expertise

We built RSQnow, an Emergency Communication Infrastructure that connects everyday heroes with those in need of help.

The German emergency call app system nora is based on RSQnow. With nora, we have revolutionised the German emergency call infrastructure. By building a system in which reliable, guaranteed help is just a few taps away..

Who is RSQnow intended for?

Everyone.

RSQnow connects citizens directly with the most appropriate PSAP – just like calling 112 or any other emergency number.

The mobile app

With the RSQnow mobile app, anyone can send emergency calls. No need to speak or listen on the phone. That’s why it is particularly useful for people who have difficulty making phone calls – for example people with hearing or speech impairments.

Icons and symbols, short, concise instructions, and an intuitive, accessible user interface make the mobile app easy for everyone to use.

Main features of the mobile app

  • Emergency call without speech
  • Continuous location determination
  • Chat-based communication
  • Silent emergency call for threatening situations

But RSQnow is much more than just an app.

A fail-safe system for reliable assistance in emergencies

Our end-to-end solution connects not only emergency callers to call handlers, but also any kind of emergency call data to PSAPs – by establishing a direct link between TPSPs and emergency services.

Maximum speed and high fail-safety are the key requirements for any emergency communication. That’s why our emergency call app system is based on state-of-the-art software technologies and a multiply redundant server architecture that operates on the principles of event sourcing and leaderless replication.

(Geo-)redundancy and configurable routing and rerouting functions makes sure that every emergency call reaches its destination. Even during natural disasters or in critical network situations.

And because emergency data are sensitive data, all data are both encrypted during transmission and stored on the emergency call servers in encrypted form.

The web app for PSAPs

Via our APIs, RSQnow can be integrated with existing CAD software. Alternatively, PSAPs can handle incoming app emergency calls using the RSQnow PSAP web app.

The web app displays all incoming emergency calls and allows operators to take them directly. All emergency information is displayed at a glance.

If more information is needed, operators can use a chat function to communicate directly with the emergency caller.
