DATUS AG has been a specialist in individual IT solutions for over 50 years and offers a wide range of products and development platforms developed in-house. Our focus is on the development of innovative, tailor-made communication solutions for companies and the public sector. As a medium-sized company anchored in the lively university city of Aachen, we successfully implement projects of various sizes with the most innovative technology Made in Germany.

As a specialist in information technology, DATUS AG develops and manufactures communication solutions for a wide range of tasks. Our customers include private companies, authorities and organizations with security tasks such as the police and fire brigade and the defense industry.

The basis of our in-house developed solutions is the Asterisk-based development platform Indali. For the control center area, the Emergency Communication System "ECOMS" was developed with a wide range of solutions such as emergency call decoder, emergency call gateway, communication management system (KMS), overload routing, control center networking and NG eCall gateway. Our portfolio is complemented by a wide range of gateways, SIP switching instances and security solutions from our partner Secunet AG, such as session border controllers, intrusion detection systems and a secure messenger. 

As the latest innovations, we have expanded ECOMS with flexible and economical solutions for the implementation of new technologies such as AI-supported applications, RTT, and NG eCall. ECOMS AI includes speech processing (transcription and simultaneous translation), speech understanding to support decision-making in customer-specific procedures and processes as a co-pilot, and a voicebot to relieve employees of telephone communication.

DATUS also offers a wide range of services in the Services segment. From needs-based planning, installation, commissioning and project management to on-site maintenance and support through the in-house hotline, the company provides a comprehensive range of services.

In all customer segments and numerous large-scale projects, DATUS AG demonstrated the highest level of solution competence and reliability as an experienced, competent and reliable project participant.
