1. GEMYC
GEMYC is Amper’s flagship solution for integrated communications in critical environments such as 112 emergency centers, police and fire services, ports, and critical infrastructures. GEMYC delivers seamless integration of multi-technology and multi-vendor systems, supporting communication systems like:

• Telephony (analog, digital and VoIP)
• Radio communication (analog and digital), including direct connection to TETRAPOL and the main TETRA providers.
• LTE multimedia communications, including direct connection to the main MCX providers and LMR/TETRA interop (MCPTT user client and IWF).
• Public address systems, SOS posts, and more.

It features an intuitive, web based fast response touch-optimized GUI and options for call recording and reporting. GEMYC has been instrumental in projects such as Metro de Madrid, Spanish MoI (Guardia Civil and National Police), and Public Safety in Guanajuato State and Mexico City, showcasing its ability to handle complex, high-demand environments. Additionally, it includes advanced decoders for eCall data (legacy and next-gen) to enhance emergency response.

2. E4R RoIP Gateway

E4R is Amper’s RoIP gateway that controls up to 4 legacy LMR (PMR, DRM, TETRA) radios, including audio and control (I/O, RS-232, USB) in a 1U, 19 inches rackable enclosure.

It can work stand alone with SIP based remote control or in collaboration with GEMYC as a radio gateway.

E4R includes embedded high availability with redundant power supply, CPU and ethernet.

3. EmerSys
EmerSys is a web based multi-agency, high availability emergency management system designed to optimize emergency response operations. Its core capabilities include:

• Unified call taking (call queues and ACD/IVR for telephony)
• Mission based incident dispatch by sector or agency
• Own force management.
• Enhanced situational awareness via AVL integration, mobility solutions, and interactive mapping and responding.

EmerSys also supports incident protocols (SOPs), alarm management and statistical reporting. Its success lies in its ability to streamline workflows, enhance interoperability, and provide rapid, data-driven decision-making tools.
